The first session is an introduction and assessment session. We discuss the reasons that brought you to therapy, your goals and expectations, I provide information about how the process will work, and we determine the roadmap together.
Individual sessions usually last 50 minutes. The frequency is typically planned as once a week or once every two weeks, depending on your needs. This frequency is reassessed as the process progresses.
Confidentiality is the most fundamental ethical principle of therapy. Everything discussed in sessions remains strictly between us, except for legal obligations (such as the risk of harm to yourself or others).
Yes, research shows that online therapy is as effective as face-to-face therapy when the right conditions are met. We can conduct sessions from anywhere in the world with a secure infrastructure.
Payments can be made via cash or bank transfer. Depending on your policy, I can provide an invoice that you can submit for reimbursement.
It is important to provide at least 24 hours' notice to change or cancel. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to the full session fee.
